TEMPORARY VISITOR POLICY

Lutheran Health Network wants to protect patients, visitors and staff from unnecessary exposure to the flu. For the health and well-being of our community, this facility has temporarily changed its visitor policy.*

  • Only essential adult visitors at least 18 years of age - designated family members, spouse/domestic partner and spiritual counselors - will be allowed to visit patients.
  • Visitors to the hospital will be limited to two (2) adults per patient.
  • Visitors to the emergency department will be limited to one (1) adult per patient.
  • Visitors with flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, chills or muscle aches, will not be permitted in the facility unless seeking immediate medical attention.

Thank you for your cooperation with Lutheran Health Network and the Allen County Department of Health. Get more information about the flu at cdc.gov/Flu.

*Exceptions to the temporary visitor policy may be granted with physician approval.
